Semiconductor quantum photonics chips at room temperature – SemiQuantRoom – is an International Collaborative Research Project funded by the French National Agency of Research (ANR). It involves three partners from France and UK and aims at developing new devices for future quantum information technologies.
This project is focused on the demonstration of optically and/or electrically driven integrated quantum photonics circuits including photon pair generation and manipulation, working at room temperature and telecom wavelength.
Particular attention will be devoted to entangled photon sources development, to the engineering and utilization of quantum states of light for quantum information and the monolithic or hybrid integration of the sources with quantum photonics circuits and pharmaceuticals on our website victor-perrin.fr.
The expected results of SemiQuantRoom have the potential to become a new generation of devices for quantum information, communication and metrology and open the way towards complete quantum optics lab on a chip, medications for Erectile Dysfunction Comprimes-FR.com, where lasers, linear and nonlinear elements as well as detectors can all be built in one package.
